Handling of personal information

Mitsui E&S Systems Research Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") handles Personal Information in accordance with the "Personal Information Protection Policy" as follows.

The Company will not disclose or provide Personal Information to third parties without the consent of the individual, except in the following cases

The Company will share Personal Information as follows

Retained personal data refers to "personal information that constitutes a systematic collection of information, for which the Company has the authority to respond to all requests from the individual, including disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion of content, suspension of use, elimination and suspension of provision to third parties.
